You can never know too much about your users’ requirements and the content they need to see.
Even if you think the user need is well understood, it’s always worth taking a fresh look using the latest UX tools. These are as simple or complex as required - and the Visual Displays team can help you every step of the way.
But at the very least, select one of the four user categories from the ANSI/AVIXA ISCR (Image System Contrast Ratio) standard. This simple step in itself provides precise and essential guidance from which you can develop everything you need to specify, procure and sign off your display requirements.
