Microsoft's new Front Row concept is both a game-changer and a paradigm of thought leadership. But it also challenges us - it's quite a tall order to create!

I don't know if it will break the internet to put this in the same post (!), but no-one wanted the iPhone until it existed.

The lower image is the concept. It's not a technology call, it's a pre-technology call. It's a vision of what an exceptional user experience might comprise.

The problem in 2021 was that hybrid workspaces became so important that they had to be installed without that brief existing. The workflows in hybrid spaces remain work in progress for the majority - do you agree?

Microsoft Front Row gives us a chance to stop and take breath. Measure twice, cut once, says the wise old carpenter.
