Why do so many meeting rooms have such sloppy, swivelly chairs?! That, together with shiny display screens, is a major bugbear for me. But I live with the pain!
MTR room design at its highest level, acknowledges - respectfully - that design can and does influence user behaviours, room utilisation and efficiency.
