AV hire specialist Smart AV has invested in 75 sq m of Gloshine Transparent 3.9mm LED for the rental market. The Transparent LED product offers a high 40% transparency, creative curve and a high-brightness display ideal for use at events, exhibitions, retail spaces, conferences and more.

With a pixel pitch of just 3.9mm LED, Smart AV’s new Transparent LED can be flown or ground stacked, as well as curved, to suit any creative design, while the physical cabinets are seamless and slimline, so visitors can be exposed to both the front and back of the LED panels.

Premiered by Smart AV at ICE Totally Gaming 2020 at ExCel London, the company’s new investment adds to a fleet which includes 1.8mm, 2.5mm, 2.6mm, 3.9mm, 5.9mm, and 7.8mm LED panels, touchscreens, 4K screens and Aluvision’s Creative LED Range at a 2.5mm and 2.8mm pixel pitch, as well as large stocks of lighting and audio equipment for events.

Smart AV has also recently invested in a fleet of GhosT-OLED screens for the rental market, which offer 4K high-transparency and touch capabilities.

“We invest in only the latest and greatest AV technology to ensure we meet the demands of both the market and our clients.” said Darren Poultney, CEO of Smart AV. “We work closely with our key manufacturers to ensure every product we add to our fleet is of the highest standard, and our new Transparent LED is no different. Our 3.9mm Transparent LED product offers our clients new and exciting tech for 2020 and an opportunity to push creative LED boundaries.”

Clients interested in seeing Smart AV’s new Transparent LED in action can book an appointment at the supplier’s 40,000 sq ft warehouse, showroom and demonstration facility at its head office in Harlow, Essex near London.
