The simulation and VR specialist worked with Visual Displays to deliver the bespoke screen at XRT’s Gateshead offices.

Visual content, created in the Unity platform by XR Therapeutics, is integrated with Vioso Anyblend VR&SIM software, enabling automatic calibrations to be directly applied to the content itself, correcting it for the display before signals leave the GPU.

XR Therapeutics’ treatment programme is based on nearly a decade of research in immersive therapies led by Newcastle University. It administers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, combined with gradual immersive exposure delivered through VR, within a CAVE setting.
